Refund policy

30 days, no questions asked. If StoxDeck Pro is not what you hoped, ask and we will refund it.

The policy

If you are not happy with StoxDeck Pro, email us within 30 days of the payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

This applies to a first purchase and to each annual renewal. If a renewal charges you for a year you did not intend to continue, that is exactly the case this policy exists for.

How to request one

Email support@stoxdeck.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form. Include the email you signed up with. That is all we need — no reason, no reference number, and no support queue to escalate through.

You can also request a refund directly through Paddle using the receipt they emailed you, since they are the merchant of record for the sale. Either route reaches the same place.

How long it takes

We aim to approve refund requests within two business days. Paddle then returns the money to your original payment method, which typically takes a further 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. That final leg is outside our control and outside Paddle’s.

What happens to your account

Refunding a subscription ends the Pro period it paid for, and the account returns to the free plan.

Nothing you entered is deleted. Your full transaction history stays exactly as it was. If you hold more than the free plan’s 15 symbols, every one of them remains visible, priced and editable — you simply cannot add a further distinct symbol until you upgrade again. You will never lose data because a payment was refunded.

Cancelling later

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next charge, and Pro stays active until the end of the year you already paid for — you keep what you bought.

If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a renewal after you believed you had cancelled, a spell where the service was unusable — tell us whenever it happens. Those are mistakes rather than refund requests, and we fix them.

If we close your account

If we suspend or close a paid account for a reason that was not your fault, we refund the unused portion of the year. If we discontinue StoxDeck entirely, the same applies, and we will give notice and a way to export your data first.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page reduces the rights you have by law. Consumers in the UK and EU have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days; this policy gives you 30 days, which is longer, and the more generous of the two always applies.
